‘Tis an excellent message for us all!

  3. Andrew Says:

The darker background causes the trap to look much more menacing, I had the feel of the strip immediately, before comprehending even what the image was of. This is just radical.

  4. Luke Says:

    It’s more than Radical… it’s totally Badical.

Whether it was intentional or not, I love how the trees in the background build like impending doom. Wonderful symbolism.

I suspect it was very intentional. Great work.

Omg, I love how the Cedar Forest in painted in hardly noticable details!
Why does pride always associate with a buck? like in that cartoon voiced by ashton kutcher.

    Oh NO.

  11. Matt Says:

Let us remember Vivol’s life in the circus and experience with man.
This is an awesome callback to the trap you planted earlier with the rabbit and Charles. I see amazing things on the horizon. Heck, amazing things are already at hand, as afar as I’m concerned.

  12. KinokoFry Says:

My god, the colouring on the background is STUNNING. Beautiful work!

  13. Dain Says:

  14. Vashra Says:

For some reason the title of this strip really struck me on an artistic and emotional level. Blinders are normally something mankind puts over an animal’s eyes to limit it’s perception, movement, and behavior. Probably about everyone knows the metaphore for blinders as applied to someone’s own mistaken/limited paradigms…but somehow, seeing the trap (also manmade) in the distance made the whole thing seem even more sinister, as if somehow the hunters had “made” the animals unable to comprehend their impending danger.

  15. Ray Says:

Man, check out those sweet trees in the BG.

  16. Ra Says:
