Abominominations

It’s been quite a week! The Abominable Charles Christopher was nominated for two awards - an Eisner Award for Best Digital Comic and a Shuster Award for Outstanding Canadian Webcomic! I’m extremely honoured and thrilled, and I’m especially proud that TX Comics, the little webcomic collective we launched less than a year ago, was recognized by the Shusters as well, with nominations for Cameron Stewart, Ramón Pérez, Michael Cho and Scott Hepburn! We put a lot of time and love into this stuff and I’m so happy for all of them.

I was thrilled to death when I originally read you’d been nominated. You deserve it! Congratulations.
This is such a beautiful, beautiful piece of work. You deserve all the praise you get.
Now, when will this be out in book form, damnit?!

Ooooh! Congratulations on the nominations - if anyone deserves an Eiser it’s you - too bad the grand old man isnt around to pass them out anymore, but still, a deserved honour :)

Well now- y’all done made a mark not to be ignored! Outstanding!!! Now, when will the Lion get a chance to inform ACC of whatever he is trying to tell him… or do we get a scene where the obnoxiouse little pup gets BBQ’d? To be honest, he’s the most impertinant little shovel-head and I would love nothing better than to slap him silly just to get his attention… except that he is digustingly cute. Allright, I wouldn’t hit him… much…
