I was linked here by Dinosaur comics today and have read from the start up to this strip… this comic is hugely entertaining, the art reminding me sometimes of Calvin and Hobbes, but this strip is gorgeous. Wow dude, I am incredibly impressed.

Mononoke - and a little bit Komaneko the Curious cat. The Abominable snowman in that film reminds me of Charles Christopher - an excruciatingly shy and delicate creature trapped in a brutish body.
